    Hello,
I’m trying to replace the decimal seperator for Regular Price from comma (,) to dot (.).
I use the find and replace rule but it doesn’t work.

How could I make this change?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @dimiro93,

By default, Product Feed Pro uses the thousand and decimal separators you’ve set in WooCommerce. There are exceptions for some channels like Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, and TikTok. For those, the plugin forces a dot (.) as the decimal separator because those channels require prices in ISO 4217 format, and a comma would get your products rejected.

For any other channel, the separators come straight from WooCommerce:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → General and scroll down to Currency options.
    2. Set Thousand separator and Decimal separator to what you need.
    3. Save, then go to Product Feed → Manage feeds and click Refresh Feed on the feed you want updated.
    4. Open your feed link in a private window to check the result (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+P in Firefox, Cmd+Shift+N on Mac). That makes sure you’re not looking at a cached copy.

For Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, or TikTok, the dot is enforced on purpose, but it can be overridden with two filters if you’re certain your channel accepts a different format. This article walks through both of them: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/why-iso-4217-is-used-for-google-facebook-and-bing-in-xml-feeds/

Worth flagging that this one is a developer-level change, so it falls outside what we can troubleshoot if something goes wrong with the snippet. If the format still isn’t coming out right after that, reply here with:

    We’ll take it from there.

    Cheers!
