    As the title suggests, where do closed tickets ‘live’ and how might I go about reopening/viewing them?

    They appear in the tables generated to describe the counts of various elements, but clicking on those numbers leads to empty lists, or lists that exclude the closed tickets. This happens on accounts with admin privileges as well as agents of all levels.

    Hello:

    You can use the FILTERS at the top of the ticket list to view closed tickets:
    07.24.2018-02.01

    To reopen a ticket that is closed, you can hover over it to reveal a link in the ticket list: https://www.screencast.com/t/7skH1urg

    or, you can view the ticket and click the reopen link in the ticket details box:

    07.24.2018-02.03

    Hi – wow, that is very odd. First, you might want to retry the WordPress update just in case that is causing the issue. At the very least it’ll get rid of that warning message at the top.

    Second, please open your browser’s console and check for Javascript errors

    Third, please turn on WordPress’s debug flags and then refresh the ticket list screen – see if any errors show up in the debug.log file.

    Also, please let us know the version of PHP you’re using.
