Removing post from support forum

Hello,

I didn’t realize when I posted this support topic a year ago that I was revealing the plugins used in my website, I prefer to keep my site anonymous but now when I search my site google pulls this page, which links to my website, would it be possible for WordPress to redact just the three urls where my website name is being displayed so that my website’s plugin information is no longer searchable?
