    Hi there,
I’d like the PMPro message and button to only display on the single articles pages. I see other people have tried to figure out the same.

I tried the method touched on in this post, but it had no effect.

I also tried the method shared here, but it also had no effect. I added the code to the child theme functions.php file, which should have worked. I also tried adding it via a custom plug-in as descried by PMPro support site.

What’s a working way to only display the membership message on single post pages?

    Thank you.

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,

I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing, can you tell me what theme you are using and version of Paid Memberships Pro?

I’d like to look into this further for you.

    Hi Andrew …
    Great plug-in, by the way.

The theme on the site in question is SmartMag by Theme-Sphere.

I am not sure if it uses the default the_excerpt function (in reference to your comment on GitHub).

Thank you for your patience, I recommend reaching out to your theme to help tweak this for you and provide a hook you may use.

We are looking to get a copy of this theme and test it further on our end to see if we can support it in the future.
