Hi Jeremy-
Would you please remove adsdoors.manageinfinity.com from my account.
I appreciate it!
@treviscarletta Since your site is still up and running, you can disconnect your site from WordPress.com and deactivate Jetpack by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and clicking on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”.
You can then deactivate the plugin by going to the Plugins menu in your dashboard.
Hi Jeremy,
I am having the same problems as the original post, can’t get to the dashboard to disconnect anything,
“There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date.” Could you remove it for me?
@giseletodd.com
Thanks in advance!!
I dont know what happened, I cannot access giseletodd.com?
I cannot access it either, I land on a GoDaddy landing page. I’d suggest that you contact GoDaddy for help.
I would like to remove the following two dead sites from “My Sites” which were added via JetPack
Shetlands of Tahoe
Praise Family Church
@donovan Could you post your site URLs here, so I can have a look?
If you want them to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:
http://jetpack.me/contact-support/
Shetlands of Tahoe is no longer active
http://shetlandsoftahoe.com/
Praise Family Church is run by someone else now
http://www.praisefamilychurch.com/
Can you remove http://www.rmx.16mb.com?
It’s no longer exist.
Thanks
@jeherve: That’s the thing, there’s no WordPress install in that directory… So, I can’t log into the site to disable Jetpackβit doesn’t exist. When I try to try to go to Settings to remove it on WordPress.com, I get this error: “There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date”
I’m having the same problem and can’t remove http://www.freshflowers.co.nz.
