    Hello,
    is it possibile to setup some kind of reminder email to be sent to support agents if they don’t reply to a ticket they have been assigned to within a specific period of time?
    For instance, if they don’t reply within 12 hours, an automatic email saying “You have a ticket waiting for you”, and after 24 hours “Final warning, if you don’t reply within 1 hour the ticket will be automatically reassigned to a new support agent”.
