If I understood correctly, you would like to show related products but without using plugins.

WooCommerce already has inbuilt ways to display related products in a number of ways, as Igor mentioned, even without using any plugins. This documentation will help you understand and implement it: https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

now the related products are random? I don’t understand how they set.
