Thanks for the link! I’ve updated some settings on our end, and I see Related Posts showing. Could you please check to see if the issue persists? If it does, could you please provide me with links to specific posts that you notice the issue occurring on?

Thanks for the update, and I’m sorry about the continued trouble. Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site? To do so, follow these steps:
1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Scroll down to the bottom and click “Debug”
3) Click the link that says “Click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in your name, email address, and the description box with a link to this thread.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
