Related Posts: Does interfere with multilanguage sites

When showing related posts, they have those typical language tags [:de] and [:] with them, that can be seen, if something goes wrong with multi-language handling:

My site has got two languages managed by qTranslate-X plugin.

This fix doesn’t work for my site:

Do you know what Jetpack’s Related Posts needs to get that fixed and I can use Related Posts again?
