  • Hello @ukcfs

While it could be possible to debug this (it should not happen), it is much easier and faster to do a hard reset this way:

Activate PMS, and in the plugins list you will see under it’s name a red link called Uninstall, click it and go through with the process.

All residual configuration should be gone.

    With best of regards,

    Hi @gabrielberzescu

Thank you for the advise, however the bug seems to appear again 🙁

However trying to create many tew text account, I found a strange behaviour: every time i update a page, with the Elementor template or the WordPress one, the first user who try to register have no problem at all.
But the second one and the others i create, give a success message when actually they are not in my customer list.

I recognize this also ’cause i cannot see the discounts with this accounts.

Could be a bad syncronization with Elementor?

    Hope for a solution

    Hello @ukcfs

    1. So you did the Uninstall and you are still getting this issue?

    2. If it works for the first user, but not for subsequent users, it smells a lot like a caching issue. Please briefly disable all caching to see if this fixes the problem.

    With best regards,
    Gabriel
