Regarding Custom Trial Option

    Hello,

    I want to add Free trial option in my website. I m now using the free version of this plugin. I know their is of custom free trial option while creating new Membership level. But i m not receiving that option when i create new Membership level. Please review the attached screenshot for more info.()

    Please let me know if their is any option in backend of plugin which i need to enable for this option. or something else i need to do for this option.

    Hi There!

    Once you click on the “Recurring Subscription” then it should open up a few more options and with it the custom trial period check box.

    I don’t think the option for custom free trail is the one as per my requirements.

    I have implemented the below functionality using in my website:
    their are two type of users who can register in my website.
    1. Grandparents
    2. Family
    Registration for Grandparents is free and the Registration for Family is PAID. Means when user Register as Family then he/she needs to Pay for consultation with Grandparents.

    I only want that “Most grandparents can be hired for free at least once”. (One Trial for the Family to check the selected grandparent fulfill their requirements or not.)

    Is their any option in the plugin that the User first can have free trial option then they receive option to pay.

    Hey Roopkamal,

    So maybe the best thing to do is set up a free trial membership with an expiry date. So users will register with the free family trial membership, try it out for as you want them to (set expiration date to your membership)

    If they want to continue with your premium service, they will then need to upgrade to the paid family package.

    You could also mention to users (if you go with the custom trial period for the paid family membership level) that the membership will automatically kick in after the trial period is over, if they do not want to continue with the membership, the should cancel before the custom trial is over.

    Yes, i want that type of functionality.

    I think i m little bit confused like what to do to add this check.

    I have selected these options(as in screenshot ) while creating this member ship level. But i don’t know that i m correct or not.

    I didn’t find any option to add expiry date.

    Please let me know what options i need to select to set free trial for 1 day and then the user will receive only paid options.

    i have added a fREE trial option for 1 day expiry.
