I’ve got a big problem and we don’t know how to fix this problem.
We don’t know is it a case of the Client Portal Login or with Profile Builder Login.We are using the Free Version of Profile Builder.When a user logs in, he sometimes gets to the login page. It say, that User XY is already logged in. It is not possible to click anything in the menu.
The logout is carried out with a confirmation. It is the confirmation from the WordPress system.
The problem doesn’t always occur.
If you clear Chrome’s cache, it works 99.9% of the time.
We really don’t know what to do and our client is becoming increasingly impatient. He can’t work normal.
