Yep, you can send an autoresponse in the Lite version. You can find instructions on setting up an email autoresponder in the docs.

yes I worked it out saw a youtube video and form actions using code brackets (your name) [18]< [19]> etc for the person to receive their auto reply email
***Now the only issue I am having is the form action message box confirmation you fill out they get despite doing paragraphs breaks (Enter on key board) to break say several sentences up, once they get it in their inbox its all continuous no paragraph breaks
Any pointers or code or whatever to get breaks ?
Sounds like you may need to check the box to send emails as plain text.
