Not sure why it happens that way when it should not. Please go to the Customizer > Global > Colors and try re-configure the Link Color.

do you install clean new wordpress and install your theme ?
or existing site ?
i try the issue on different server and domain,
the same issue on new wordpress and install your theme,
but no issue on existing site.
