Real-time report showing zero visitors

    The real-time stats widget consistently shows 0 active users even though I can see traffic coming in through the regular reports with a delay. Tracking code is confirmed present on all pages.

    I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the WordPress.org support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!

    That said, if you actually mean the Realtime report inside Google Analytics itself (rather than the one in MonsterInsights), that’s a different thing and we’re glad to help here. In that case, could you share your site URL so we can take a look at how tracking is set up? A screenshot of what you’re seeing would help too.
