Rates not correct

Hello,
I cant get the correct rates from the plugin.
For local addresses it works ok, but when it comes for international shipment(From Spain to Italy f.e.), the plugin gives me a different amount than should be.
Can you point me what can i check/fix?
I have been checking the debug and everything seems ok.
