Rates are not accurate

I am opening a new US branch soon and I’m trying to work out my shipping cost.

My new store is in Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. All of these information is on my woocommerce settings as well.

Currently is giving me $31.21 to 95814 CA for a value of $1522 weight 4lbs on woocommerce when on https://wwwapps.ups.com is displaying $35.06. That’s nearly a $4 difference.

What am I doing wrong?

I have Enable services custom settings on (Ground only)
Request insurance to be included in UPS rates is also on
And I played around with Enable negotiated rates but it doesn’t do much.
