I just take a quick look at your html on this page http://jvdev.brytewebandtech.com/blog/initiatives/ and it seams that you are missing the link on last column. It looks like you just forget to added it, or something like that.
It looks like the plugin has nothing with content.
Please check your post html in your editor and compare the header html with previous (search for link in it “a” element).

Thanks for your response! I don’t have the last column linked yet because we don’t have content for it yet. It’s the first four column links that aren’t working. Any ideas?

It’s not related to columns plugin 🙂
Try to change permalinks to default, and see what happens.
It looks like rooting mechanism making some problems which cause internal server error. Feel free to contact me via PP if you can’t salve the problem.

You are missing blog in your url.
