Greetings kevmortimer:
Thank you for choosing to use this plugin!
Let me look into this for you and run some tests of my test sites. Can you answer a few questions for me?
What version of WordPress are you using?
Would you happen to know the version of PHP you are using?
Does everything else appear to be working?
Best Regards
Frank

Hello Again Kev:
I am investigating a similar bug that another user is exeriencing. According to the other user, if the user switches all the contact field options (i.e ask for name, ask for email, etc..) to yes, the limit works. However, if the user sets the options to no, the limit no longer works. Can you test this on your site and see if you are experiencing the same bug?
Thanks.
~Frank
Hi again,
I tried exactly that piece of advice, and it worked. The limit is imposed. What it got me thinking was the following:
1. Since I’ve hidden the quiz behind a member page, the fields don’t actually render to the quiz taker.
2. When looking at the results, I notice the only field recorded was the email address. (Since my users don’t have business and phone saved)
So I tested, by disabling all other fields, but leaving email enabled and then it still works, so its a work around. And it means that your filter is mainly based on email address? Perhaps that’s the clue to the resolution?
For now, leaving email address enabled resolves my problem.
Thanks Frank. Case closed! 🙂
Kev
Unless of course you’d like me to test something else for you?
