Quick question

When I add images in two columns, and add a link URL to link to external page and open in new tab, it doesn’t see to work, nothing happens when clicking on the image.

Is this a restiction when adding images to the columns?

This page specicially , the two logos shoul dlink to external website. AFN and PSA. Additionally they are not displayed side by side.
