    Hello,

    I would like the same test/survey than this : https://www.lafresquedustress.com/burn-out-assessment-tool/ ,with questions, form at the end and the results test to finish. Do I need the premuim version or the free is ok ? You can see in the attachment a screenshoot of the final result (depending to the answer before).

    And withtout the form, the free version is enough ?

    Yes, for a test like the one you shared, where the final result changes based on the user’s answers, you would need the Premium version with the Business license or higher.

    The kind of setup in your example matches an outcome quiz. Formidable’s Quiz Maker add-on can automatically score quizzes and show different results based on the outcome, and that add-on is available with the Business license or above.
