Hi I am trying to get my head around using formidable forms in creating this for a not for profit sports club. This is the process:

    1. 1. Volunteers register (user registration and agree to terms) – I have done this so far.
    2. 2. The Volunteer then selects a date(s) to signup to.

As there are many days in a week and about 50 teams. The form will have time slots, work type required per slot e.g. BBQ and it should have their details already in place for name, phone and email etc.

The time slots and work type will change per date as teams games are on different times per date.
    This is an example:
    Time Work Type
    8:45am – 10:00am Ground Official U12 Div 5 South (Field 3E)
    8:45am – 10:15am Ground Official U13 NPL Boys (Field 2)
    9:00am – 10:00am BBQ
    10:00am – 11:00am BBQ
    10:00am – 11:05pm Ground Official U12 Div 4 South (Orange)(Field 3E)
    10:15am – 11:45am Ground Official U14 NPL Boys (Field 2)
    11:00am – 12:00pm BBQ
    11:10am – 12:00pm Ground Official U12 BYPL (Field 3E)
    11:45am – 1:30pm Ground Official U15 NPL Boys (Field 2)
    1:45pm – 3:40pm Ground Official U16 NPL Boys (Field 2)

So how can I opt to use only one form and it be repeated per day instead of creating a new form per day which would end up with a huge amount of forms.
Thanks for your input and help.

The reason I ask doing in one form is because I need to do a search views so they can edit if they can’t make it etc.

I am thinking a bit more and maybe one form can be done. If I use the repeater for Month e.g. checkbox conditional for the Month and in that there is a checkbox for date and then the form shows the time slots and work type. If they are logged in it should have their details shouldn’t it?

Then if they have the views on the home page they can sort by date???

Can the view only show up and coming dates and not the past ones?

    Sorry lots of questions.
