    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    That’s odd.

Please try enabling a default theme (such as Rookie or Twenty Twenty) and then disable all plugins but SportsPress. Maybe this is a conflict, and if that’s the case, you can enable your plugins (and theme) one by one to see which one breaks your site.

    Thanks!

I see. How do I enable a default theme (Rookie or Twenty Twenty)?

Sorry. I’m a rookie (first time website creator) when it comes to this. A little guidance is greatly appreciated!

    hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

Sure, you can go to wp-admin > themes > and select a default theme (or install either Rookie or Twenty Twenty).

After that, you can try to load your team pages again to see how it works.

    Thanks!

Thank you! So, I’ve used the default theme (Twenty Twenty), and the issue persists – it still leads to to the page that says “This page isn’t working http://www.cxleague.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

So, does this mean it’s not the plug-in? Where else/how else we can address this issue?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

This is a troubleshooting process. So we are trying a few things to see where the issue is. It’s unlikely to be a plugin-related issue, since it works for all other users. Either way, we are helping you so we can isolate where exactly the issue is.

Did you try disabling all your plugins as well? Leave just SportsPress enabled.

If you did, please go to wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks and make sure you are using the default permalink (first option – Plain).

But checking your page again, it seems like it is working. Are you able to see it as well?

    Thanks!

So, I’ve pre-created youtube live stream for all of our games and inserted all of the links to each game page.e

I’ve found that if the games hasn’t started, the game page won’t work. However, as soon as the live stream begins on youtube, the game page works all of a sudden…

Why is that? Is there a way for us to fix it?

    Hi @chenger39 ,

For the issue “if the games hasn’t started, the game page won’t work” please try to set your permalinks to Post Name

    Thanks,
