Hi Matt. Sorry, short answer is you can’t!

Longer answer – I’m currently working on a version 1.1 (and/or a Pro version) with a few more features and may consider including this function to adjust quantity. But basically my thinking with this plugin is that there are already heaps of more complex eCommerce options that are very fully featured… what I wanted to create was just a really really simple plugin with quite limited simple function. I want to be careful not to bloat it up with options and features so that it becomes just another eCommerce plugin which is hard for less advanced WP users.
