    Hi,

I have the plugin installed and active and have setup three product fields on which to have a quantity limit. I am using the quantity fields that are attached to the product (not the standalone quantity field).

I have submitted a couple of tests, but the quantity does not decrease. The entries appear correctly in the “Entries” section of Gravity Forms. However, when I go to Forms > Quantity Limits, the “Current Amount” columns are empty.

There is no price for these events, so the price is set to $0.00. I wouldn’t imagine that would affect anything, but thought I’d mention it.

I believe I have it setup correctly. The URL for the form is https://www.durhamlibraryfoundation.org/2015/03/north-carolina-collection-soirees/.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I have resolved the problem. Apparently, at some point I added the “Better Inventory with Gravity Forms” code to my functions file. I completely forgot that I did this, so it conflicted with your plugin. Removing that code fixed everything.

    Sorry about that.
