QR code per user

    Hi there, we are considering using Events Tickets Plus for a client website. With regards to the QR code that the user receives, can this be unique to the user rather than the event? For example, on the website there will be multiple events available and our client would like the user to have a QR code that they can use at multiple events.

    Also, would that QR code be able to be scanned by Exhibitors for lead generation?

    Hi Caroline @bubbleck,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Out of the box, what you’re trying to ask here is not possible with our plugin. The behavior of the QR is unique with the events, there’s no common QR that they could use to multiple events.
