putting custom field data into a button

    I love the making buttons with Ultimate Shortcodes but I wanted to customize them with some custom fields. I bought the Maker add-on but have been unsuccessful in figuring out how to override on attribute of a button.

    I’ve also tried to make new shortcode that pulled a link and link text from custom fields which worked well. But when I tried to insert it between the opening a closing tags of the button, it would not display correctly.
    [su_button][su_customlink][/su_button]

    is there some way to use maker to edit the button so I can insert custom fields?
