When we try to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file (through which Jetpack communicates with your site), we get a 408 (timeout) error from our end:

However, when I try to access it from my terminal using the following command:

curl -i -H 'Content-Type: text/xml' --data '<?xml version="1.0"?><methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName><params></params></methodCall>' 'http://regatulunit.com/xmlrpc.php' && echo

I get a 200 result, which means it works fine. So I suspect your host may be blocking access to the file from the WordPress.com servers. Could you ask them, and let me know what they say?

I have nothing to report on my end, but it definitely sounds like something on your server is improperly configured, then. I’ll get back to you when I have any ideas from te developers.
