Products being drafted after some time

    I have made a succesful linking between Moodle and WordPress, but after some time some courses in woocommerce products are put in the drafted status, why is it?

    Edit: I have already checked if the courses were hidden or with end dates, but that didn’t work

    Hello @cabify135, sorry to hear that you have faced some issue.

    Could you please check whether an expiry date has been set for the affected courses? You can refer to this screenshot for the setting: https://snipboard.io/ZRnmcj.jpg

    If an expiry date is set, could you please confirm whether that date has already passed the current date/time? If the expiry time has been reached, it may be causing the corresponding WooCommerce products to move to Draft status.

    Please check this and let us know. If the expiry date has not been reached, we can investigate further.
