It is a theme problem. Since the update I am having the same issues and I am not 100% sure on how to resolve it. Anybody got links to the older Woocommerce download?
Before you downgrade: You can not downgrade your data to a version before 2.0. This is mentioned in all our 2.0 announcement posts, documentation and update tutorials. So if a downgrade is needed, restore a backup of your data or stay on a version later than version 2.0 or all your order data will be still in 2.0 structure.
If this really is a theme issue, it’s up to the theme author to properly fix it (which they had the chance to do since December 2012 when we announced the changes already).

Thank you for the reply I appreciate it. I seem to have js Errors on my site but I am not 100% sure on how to fix it as I have never come accross a js issue. I will have to do some more research to figure this out. http://ubuntuismclothing.com/shop/akhenaten/
A JS error is most likely caused by a poorly written JS file in your theme or in a conflicting plugin. At least something must be loading a file which causes a JS error.
As I said, if you are not too JS savvy yourself, it’s really up to your theme author to fix this issue. I don’t know your theme, so I can’t help you on this one.
