Product URL not linked

    When I receive an email with enquiry, product link is not linked, but it is as usual text. It makes us a big problem as i’ve similar name for multiple products, is there any solution to make this text as a real link?

    no issue on-site.

    when any user places an inquiry then I receive mail only with the product name on which he/she places an inquiry, but I want the URL of that product as well.

    The Product URL is already included in the email, however, I believe you are facing a site-specific issue, hence we wanted to try and make an enquiry on your site so that we can try and debug the issue further.

    @arjunp sorry for the delay. but currently, I’ve tried something else to solve this issue as it was urgent. will surely let you know if this happens again.
