Product Minimum Quantity can be set under setting quantity

i have used plugin for free version, the minimum quantity still can be set under product quantity setting, example i set min quantity on product setting 10, but in the single product it is can be set under quantity setting, i had created 8 variations product but only 4 product still can set under minimal quantity
