    Hi Support,

    We are wondering why the feed is only adding our NL products to Facebook.
    How could we also add our ENG products? Our shop is translated with WPML.

    Alleen in de betaalde versie van onze plugin kan je de WPML feature gebruiken. Hebben jullie een licentie voor de betaalde versie van onze plugin? Als dat het geval is kan je gewoon de stappen volgen zoals ze in deze handleiding staan: https://adtribes.io/wpml-support/

    What is het verschil tussen de WPML functie of een extra Engelse Feed toevoegen in de plugin? En vervolgens die link ook toevoegen in Facebook Catalogi?

    WPML gebruik je wanneer je hele site meertalig is gemaakt door WPML, de plugin zal dan de juiste taal en eventueel currency gebruiken die je hebt opgegeven tijdens de configuratie. Zie: https://adtribes.io/wpml-support/

    Je hebt het over een “extra” Engelse feed toevoegen. Ik neem aan dat je voor die meertaligheid ook een plugin gebruikt? Wij ondersteunen voor meertaligheid alleen WPML.

    WIj gebruiken alleen WPML, alleen kunnen we niet gewoon naast de NL feed een ENG feed creeren waar de ENG producten inzitten?

    Dan uploaden we de scv bestand in facebook.

    Dat kan alleen met de betaalde versie van onze plugin.
