    Hello,
I’ve been using CleanTalk anti-spam for about a year now and I’ve just upgraded it to the Security version.
And now I’ve got 3 problems. Immediately after upgrading from Anti-Spam to the Security version (and after paying the fee with PayPal), I’m still not able to use the full version. When I open WordPress, I get the following message: “Security by CleanTalk: Please renew your security license.” –> although I’ve already done it…
The second problem is the following error:
2018-04-09 22:05:20: PHP setting “allow_url_fopen” is disabled. This could effect malware scan quality.
The third problem is that after performing a scan, I can see that I’ve 2 “dangerous” results. But I’m not able to get rid of them – probably due to the fact that I’m still not able to use the full version, although I’ve paid the fee for the security license…
How can this be? Can anybody help me?
    Thank you and kind regards.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

The CleanTalk Anti-Spam and the CleanTalk Security are separate services and they use separate access keys.

Please, log in to your CleanTalk Control Panel to see different Dashboards for each service:
    1. Anti-Spam: https://cleantalk.org/my/?cp_mode=antispam
    2. Security: https://cleantalk.org/my/?cp_mode=security

Please, make sure that you do not mix your access keys. We recommend to use both services simultaneously to get better protection from spammers and cyber criminals.

If you still have issues with our services, please, copy-paste your question here in our private Ticket System:

    Best regards.

    Hi Serge,
Thanks for your answer. Indeed, I still have issues with CleanTalk Security.
Although the security license seems to have been approved now, I still cannot delete or isolate the 2 “dangerous files” found by the malware scanner. In the colomn for “Actions” I have the options “Approve”, or “Replace with original” or “Show difference” (which is deactivated) or “View bad code”. But there is not an option to “delete” the bad file. So I clicked on “Replace with original” and since then, I’m getting the same ERROR message as yesterday:
2018-04-10 10:10:20: PHP setting “allow_url_fopen” is disabled. This could effect malware scan quality.
How can I enable the above-mentioned setting? And how do I get rid of the dangerous files???
    Thank you + kind regards
    Evy
