problems with my blog subscriptions

Hello, I am having some issues with the Blog Subscriptions widget on my blog. The widget title font does not match the font of the other widgets, including other jetpack widgets that I have tried installing. Also, it appears that it types in my own email address into the box as a default. Is there a way to correct these two problems?
