    I set up the Opt-In Checkbox as “Visible, unchecked by default” however, when it is seeing as “Visible, checked by default” on the computer (not cell phone) when a product is being bought.

    Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

    @convospanish can you please confirm that you’re not using any caching – or if you are the you do a “clear cache” on any plugin doing something along those lines? That would be great. Thanks!

    Yes, I am using caching. Also, I did a “clear cache” but I still have the same problem.

    @convospanish not sure how this is happening but if you could please try re-saving the plugin admin options again – then clear cache – then see if this problem persists that would be great. What you’re describing seems to be off so this should be something we can resolve with a few clicks.
