problems with gutenberg

I have installed the Gutenberg plugin. I have disabled all other plugins and switched to twenty seventeen theme. Whenever I try to open the page that contains strong testimonial shortcode, the edit page shows as blank. I dont’ see anything that i am not able to remove, add nor modify the strong testimonial shortcode. Any suggestion?
