Problems with curl_exec

Plugin stopped to work yesterday and there is red message above social accounts saying

curl_exec function is disabled in php.ini – Social Networks AutoPoster needs the CURL PHP extension. Please enable it or contact your hosting company to enable it.

. I just wanted to ask is this something related to 3.6 WP update or is it really hosting problem?
