Maybe you guys can’t find it because my name for this thread is just a fun name for this forum. But all three times the Subject line said Attn: Bojan, so you still should have received it.

The name is really not important, the mail is not received for any reason. We have multiple ways to search through emails in our system and also have multiple dedicated people who are responding to emails only so each email is being responded either way.
Can you please try using our email directly without actually going through the contact form? Please try using this one: contact@wpmudev.org.
