problems at linking pixel

    Hi, I am having a hard time trying to set up my facebook shop. I checked everything but being an amateur I just cannot figure out where the problem is. Pixel seems to be installed. But when I try to upload my products it shows not ready.
    Can somebody give me a hint of where the problem is cause this is getting exhausting after 2 days trying and trying.

    The Official Facebook Pixel plugin just installs a pixel for your website. It doesn’t provide other functionality.

    Where are you trying to upload your products? Are you using WooCommerce?

    hi,
    I have the same issue, and I am ussing woocommerce , should I change it there firstly? at woocommerce facebook plugin?
