Problem with youtube thumbnails

    Hi,

    I have a problem with the download of youtube thumbnails.

    When i try to make a post with youtube video, the automatic download of thumbnail don’t work (version 2.7.2).

    In editor, if i try the option Search Again in Video thumbnail box, shows: No video thumbnail for this post.

    But if i go to Settings -> Video Thumbnails Options -> Debugging:

    In test markup for video the thumbnails appears and show this:

    ✔ Thumbnail found! Image should appear below. View full size

    And if i try Test Saving to Media Library, show this:

    ✔ Attachment created with an ID of 117441

    ✔ Attachment with an ID of 117441 deleted

    Who is the problem? Thanks!

    Have you done any server upgrades recently? I noticed you were running PHP 5.5 so I set up a server with PHP 5.5 and everything worked smoothly.

    I believe the issue is being caused by the theme or another plugin because the tests on the debugging page are failing now that it applies “the_content” filter during the tests, and this is something that plugins or themes could be affecting.

    I recommend temporarily changing themes and pasting a YouTube embed code in the markup test on the debugging page.

    I tried to test and with another theme it works. But im not sure how exactly my theme do not work properly with this 🙁

    I may have found the problem inside your theme’s functions.php file. Is this a theme you purchased?
