Problem with "Username is Email" | WordPress.org

Hello,
I just installed ” Front-End Users Only ” and I have a problem with the ” Username is Email ” option. This option remains permanently on ” YES”. I can not use the “Username” in the page “Login” . I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, nothing to do !
Can you help me?

Hi web dream,

Sorry, that was just a display error. It was updated with the most recent version last week, and the setting was being saved correctly the whole time.
