    Hi, I’m having trouble buying a license. The payment form for me requires a VAT number that I do not have. Without a valid VAT number, the form will not trigger my payment (preview: https://ctrlv.cz/RE1Y). Do you advise me how to proceed?

    Hi Svensen,

    If you do not have VAT details, please do not click on the VAT option. Once you click on it, it will require the VAT details. If you empty your cart and start over you’ll be able to proceed normally.

    I emptied my cart, cleared the cookies and started again, but the form still wants a VAT number for me 🙁 (https://ctrlv.cz/VIjV)
