Problem with Social Publisher

It never posts to timeline, both fan page and personal account has been synced with the plugin.
Both boxes are checked when creating a new post, just it doesn’t go to either facebook timelines.
When I go to social publisher settings, everything is setup. Have two green ticks next to “Facebook application identifier” and “Authenticate with Facebook to allow your Facebook application to post to your Timeline or Page on your behalf when a post is published”.
On the debugger settings page, have both ticks on Post to timeline and Manage pages.
Can’t figure why it doesn’t post to facebook, any help appreaciated?
