Problem with currency

Hello Product Feed Elite Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with our product feed where the prices are incorrectly calculated for some currencies. We use Aelia Currency Switcher in WooCommerce, and our store’s base currency is SEK (Swedish Krona). However, for some feeds, the prices appear to be incorrectly converted, reflecting EUR values but showing the wrong currency symbol.Issue Details:

• Store Base Currency: SEK
• Active Currencies: SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR
• Feed Setup:
  • Swedish Feed (SEK) → ❌ Incorrect pricing (Price appears as if converted from EUR but keeps the SEK currency symbol). Example: A product that should be 590 SEK is displayed as 59 SEK.
  • Danish Feed (DKK) → ✅ Correct pricing (Amounts display correctly in DKK).
  • Norwegian Feed (NOK) → ❌ Incorrect pricing (Same issue as SEK, decimal shift).
• The price reduction follows the EUR conversion rate, despite EUR not being the store’s base currency.

What We Have Checked So Far:

• WooCommerce currency settings are correctly configured, with SEK as the default store currency.
• Aelia Currency Switcher settings show the correct exchange rates:
  • SEK → 1
  • DKK → 0.65
  • EUR → 0.1
  • NOK → 1
• We regenerated the feed, but the issue persists.
• DKK pricing works correctly, suggesting that the issue affects SEK and NOK specifically.
• The issue occurs in the generated Product Feed XML/CSV, not just in the frontend.

Questions for Support:

1. Could Product Feed Elite be interpreting EUR as the base currency instead of SEK?
2. Is there a way to force the feed to always pull WooCommerce’s base price for SEK and NOK without applying any currency conversion?
3. Does the plugin have known compatibility issues with Aelia Currency Switcher?
4. Are there any settings or hooks available to correct this issue?
