[Resolved] Problem with adding/deleting/managing locations

  • I installed Store Locator Plus on a site recently, and just installed the Pro Pack today. Our client provided us with a an Excel file of locations, which I prepped per the online docs and exported as a CSV for bulk upload. I had some geocoding errors, so I groomed the file a bit; as I thought it would be better to start fresh, I went into Manage Locations, selected all of the entries (which were listed) and deleted them.

    The next time I did a bulk upload and went to Manage Locations, there were no entries listed at all and it said “No locations have been created yet”… though the small number next to the pagination arrows said “27 entries” or something similar. When I tried uploading the same CSV again, it still said “No locations created” and displayed no list, though now the number said “54 entries.”

    I tried adding a location manually (and supposedly successfully), but it didn’t show up under Manage Locations either, other than adding one to the “XX entries”.

    Any thoughts?
