    Will these two plugins function together to allow me to offer members of specific memberships to have X amount of $$ discounted at the cart level? (regardless of product)

    Hi

    You can create a cart based rules and apply a discount.
    However, i am not sure if you are referring to a product or a usergroup when you say “specific memberships”
    if you can give us a little more information, it would help us understand the requirement and guide you accordingly.
