Pro version does not work

Hello,

I’ve tested the free version and worked great. I then purchased the Pro version.
I installed the Pro version and deactivated the free version.
I can see the extra option to configure, but testing mode, nor activated mode doesn’t work. The popup doesn’t popup.

I revert back to the free version and that one is working.
I need the pro version because I don’t want to show the popup on every page.

Is this a known problem?
