    Good day.

I’ve activated moderated registration from the Settings.
Whenever someone try to register to the ticket page, an email will be sent notifying the user’s account need approval.

Along with it is an email with reset password link. How can I prevent it since they already set the password in the registration form?

    Hi @fsricardo,

You can set up the mails that you can handle in moderate registration by going to tickets – settings – moderated registration tab. Once the user is approved, when the user will be able to reset their password any time they request.

Reset password is being sent along with the notification email stating the user needs approval.

I don’t want to make WordPress sent reset password link, since the password has already been set in your ticket registration form.

    Hi @fsricardo,

Try to go to tickets – settings – registration field and scroll down until you find the Registration alerts section. There you can change the Who Should “Receive New User Notifications?” fields to No one or Only the site admin.

    Regards.
