Preserving template changes on Premium version

I purchased the premium version of the plugin and can give it five stars. I am using the template file in the responsive folder called template.php.

I have made changes to the template.php and the loop.php file that I would like to see preserved if / when the plugin updates. Normally, I would make a page template out of template.php, and move it to my child theme, but I can’t figure out the file naming for template.php or loop.php if I do that.

Can you help?
